É o primeiro álbum da banda alemã, foi lançado do dia 19 de Setembro de 2005.
As maiorias das músicas foram feitas pelo Bill kaulitz (vocalista), baseadas em experiências pessoais, como "Beichte", que foi inspirada numa situação de sua vida, em que ele roubou a namorada do irmão, e "Gegen meinen willen", que remete-se aos seus sentimentos que sentiu quando seus pais se separaram.

Zimmer 483:
É o segundo álbum da banda, lançado em 23 de Fevereiro de 2007

Scream:
É o terceiro álbum da banda, lançado em 4 de Junho de 2007.
É o primeiro CD que não é de língua alemã em toda Europa. Na Alemanha foi gravado como Room 483

Humanoid:
No dia 2 de Outubro de 2009, foi lançado o quarto álbum da banda e em duas versões diferentes: inglês e alemão. O Bill diz: “ quero que o nosso álbum seja lançado com um nome e seja compreendido em todo o mundo”.
Segundo David Jost, manager da banda, as músicas do álbum são fortes, obscuras e cheias de solos de guitarra.
Neste novo álbum a banda Tokio Hotel mudou seu estilo musical deixando o lado mais melódico, mudado para um estilo variante entre rock e metal e electrónica.

Zimmer 483: It is the second album, released on February 23, 2007 Scream: It is the third album released in June 4, 2007. It is the first CD that is not of German across Europe. In Germany was released as Room 483 Humanoid: On 2 October 2009, was released the band's fourth album and in two different versions: English and German. Bill says: "I want our album to be released with a name and is understood around the world." According to David Jost, manager of the band, the songs on the album are strong, dark and full of guitar solos. In this new album the band Tokio Hotel has changed his musical style leaving the more melodic side, changed to a style variation between rock and metal and electronics.
